AFTER YOUR ORDER
Please send us the photo(s) you would like to see as artwork via e-mail, or contact us page.

We would love to capture those tiny details which make your pet unique. So the best picture would be a close up, taken in a well-lit environment, preferably in natural light. The more detail in the photo, the more detail will be in the drawing, so photos taken with portrait mode is not recommended. If you cannot decide which photo you want to use, you can send us the options and we can let you know which one would work better.

DELIVERY
Orders are expected to be delivered in no longer than 5 business days after an order has been placed, but expected delivery times may vary due to high demand and time of year.

Please remember that you will only receive a digital file, no physical product will be shipped out to you.
