Returns and Refunds:

Wrong address

Please make sure the address you submit is accurate before completing your order. If the recipient’s address has been submitted wrong, we are not responsible for the exchange and/or refund of your product.


Submitting for misprinted/damaged/defective items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted with product pictures showing the related issue, within 2 weeks after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

We will then gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
